Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Crywear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Crywear is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help determine the next step.
